Full refurbishment of a period flat in Fitzrovia, central London. Raffaello Fair Ltd acted as project manager and construction manager, taking the scheme designed by Bastianello / Fabbro from drawings to handover and coordinating the general contractor on site.
The layout was reorganised to make better use of a compact plan. The kitchen moved to the centre of the flat, the bathroom took its place with a marble walk-in shower, and the old en-suite became a walk-in closet. The living room gained built-in bench seating with storage. Period details were restored and matched: panelled walls, sash windows, cornices and a new oval internal window that brings light into the entrance. Sage green walls, Carrara marble, oak flooring and brass switches complete the scheme.
