Raffaello Fair Ltd is an architect-led design and project management practice based in Carshalton, in the London Borough of Sutton, serving South London and Surrey. Led by Milco Di Gaetano, ARB-registered architect and RIBA member, with over 20 years of experience, we add value to your property through innovative design solutions.

Milco was very professional, attentive to details and always making sure we were happy with the works and the progress of the project. We had a few meetings with Milco before starting where he proposed several plans to find the best project for our flat and took care of everything from planning to finding builders and helping us choose the best one based on our budget and needs. He gave us very good advices about companies to contact for the supplies (kitchen, bathroom…). He also visited regularly during the works and kept us updated with any changes and even liaising with the building control agent to make sure everything was in compliance with safety regulation. Since then, we have engaged him as Project Manager for every single opening. We value his honesty and attention to detail. He can spot and solve design, architectural and building issues on the go, and has always constructive suggestions which also take into account the budget set at the beginning of the project.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are a kitchen and bathroom fitting company and we are using Raffaello Fair for our client that haven’t yet any drawings or plan. Milco provide the drawing, specs and sourcing making our job much easier.
Only issue is that are quite busy, so you should plan accordingly.
