Raffaello Architects is an architect-led design and project management practice based in Carshalton, in the London Borough of Sutton. We work for homeowners and businesses across Sutton, Carshalton, Cheam and Wallington, neighbouring Merton – including Wimbledon, Mitcham and Morden – as well as Surrey and central London.
The practice is led by Milco Di Gaetano, ARB-registered architect and RIBA Chartered Member with more than 20 years of experience. Interiors and bespoke joinery are designed by Luba Perfanova. You deal with the same two people from the first survey to handover.
For homes, we design extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments, prepare planning applications and Building Regulations drawings, and design kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery down to the shop drawings. For businesses, we deliver retail, restaurant and office fit-outs; our commercial work includes Brunello Cucinelli on Sloane Street and Lahpet in Covent Garden.
Because we manage construction as well as design, we stay with your project on site: we help you choose the contractor, coordinate the trades and supervise the works through to completion. We design for energy efficiency and specify finishes made to last.
