WHY CHOOSE US
Local and experienced
We are based in Carshalton and work across the London Borough of Sutton, Surrey and London. We can visit your property quickly and be on site often while the works are under way.
An architect and an interior designer
The practice is led by Milco Di Gaetano, an ARB-registered architect and RIBA Chartered Member with more than 20 years of experience. Interiors and joinery are designed by Luba Perfanova. You deal with the same two people from the first survey to handover.
One service, from planning to fit-out
We prepare the planning application for the London Borough of Sutton, coordinate the contractors, design the bespoke joinery, supervise the works on site and see the final fit-out through.
Quality that lasts
We design for energy efficiency and specify finishes and joinery that are made to last, not to be replaced in a few years.
