A newly built five-storey family house in London, delivered with a modern look and a touch of Italian design. Raffaello Fair Ltd managed the project and procurement, while the interior design was led by Luba Perfanova of Raffaello Fair, covering space planning, lighting, kitchen and bathroom design and bespoke joinery throughout the house.
The ground floor layout was redesigned to move the kitchen to the heart of the house, creating a generous living and dining space for up to twenty guests and a breakfast area under a large skylight. The centrepiece is a zigzag staircase with a steel structure clad in dark oak and frameless glass balustrades, rising through a double-height stairwell lined with a geometric timber marquetry wall. The house includes a high-end bespoke Italian kitchen, eight bathrooms finished in large-format marble-effect porcelain with integrated lighting, and a basement playroom with handle-less joinery.
