Interior design and fit-out of two new-build houses in Ascot, Berkshire. Raffaello Fair Ltd was appointed to shape the interiors of both homes, working alongside the main build to deliver finished, ready-to-live-in houses. The scope covered the full interior design, the mechanical and electrical layouts, and the selection and procurement of every key finish.
We designed and procured the kitchens, specified the lighting scheme, and selected the flooring and tiling throughout. The M&E plans were coordinated with the interior layouts so that power, lighting and services sit exactly where each room needs them. The result is two homes with a consistent, carefully specified finish from room to room.
