A Victorian property in Grove Park, London, converted into 15 contemporary flats for a residential developer. Raffaello Fair Ltd designed the new exterior facade, the space planning of the units and the interior design, all led by Luba Perfanova. The facade keeps the character of the original building, with its brick base, bay windows and decorative gables, and gives it a fresh, unified finish.
Inside, the layouts were planned to make the most of the bay windows and tall sash windows, creating bright open-plan living and kitchen areas with access to private balconies. Light oak-effect flooring, handle-less kitchens with stone-effect worktops and marble-effect bathrooms with black fittings give the flats a calm, consistent look. We also designed and furnished the show flats used to market all 15 units for sale.
