A full renovation of an 80 m² two-level flat in Syon Park, West London, reworked around a warm industrial look. The interior design is by Luba Perfanova of Raffaello Fair Ltd. Raffaello Fair Ltd managed the works from start to finish. The brief asked for a bigger kitchen and proper acoustic separation between the living room and the study. To make room, we removed a WC and reorganised the layout, adding a new bathroom and an en-suite on the upper floor.
The concrete slab was exposed and paired with track lighting and steel-framed windows. New oak flooring and sisal carpet warm up the rooms. The staircase was widened and given a bespoke oak slatted balustrade, which became the centrepiece of the flat. Flush handle-less doors, a marble vanity and teal vertical-tile showers finish the spaces. The budget was kept modest throughout, and the renovation added clear value to the property.
