ANDREA – FLAT IN WEST LONDON

Raffaello Fair was tasked with overseeing the complete renovation of a two-story flat in West London. Responsibilities included space planning, specifications, mechanical and electrical systems, tender package, and joinery details. The objective was to eliminate a bathroom on the lower level, expand the kitchen, add a bathroom and en-suite on the upper floor, and widen and enhance the appearance of the narrow staircase. The final result was a cozy and warm industrial aesthetic, achieved by removing the suspended ceiling and leaving the existing concrete slab exposed, incorporating a warm wooden floor and a pleasing color scheme
