This is a refurbishment with a rear extension, a new bathroom, cloakroom and a kitchen renovation based in the South-West London.
The clients wanted to maximize the space in the kitchen, bringing more light to the middle Dining area.
This was achieved by creating an open space combining the Living room, Dining area and Kitchen while trying to keep the three distinguished areas by using vertical dividers.
The improved arrangement allowed for a new cloakroom and an open utility directly connected with the kitchen and with the rest of the floor as an essential part of the daily house life.
